We're considering offering on this house but would need to rework the downstairs layout. It's originally 2 semis combined into one house, so one stair case needs removing (we'd take out the one on the right). The utility is old and crumbling and stopping light getting to the other rooms so we'd knock that down and just have a nice big patio instead.
We'd want to then add a utility and downstairs loo and create an open plan kitchen diner, possibly combing the reception room on the right. How would you do the layout? I've tried a few different ideas but I feel like I'm missing a trick!
