Rewiring Cost

Has anybody had a recent(ish) full rewire quote which they wouldn't mind sharing? And house size.

Did this include VAT? Sounds far more reasonable than mine! Was it empty?

That includes the VAT. The chasing wasn't finished to a decorated standard, just up to the bonding coat level so you will still need to get a decorator to fix up the chases. The property wasn't empty. We had quotes ranging from 7.5k up to 18k for the same job so really worth shopping around.

Thanks for this! I'll definitely get more quotes. Hoping I can send the quote from the first company (minus the figures!) to some others initially, to get a rough idea rather than having them all round poking about!
