Recent loft costs

We’re in the Midlands. We have bought a house with a loft conversion we want to make bigger. So stairs already in place etc. Can anyone give a ballpark figure for a hip to gable and rear dormer in a semi? Just want to check whether my quotes are about right. I know prices have gone bonkers recently.

Mine wasn’t hip to gable but 50k for full dormer with en-suite. Another smaller bedroom to the front. Nearly 3 years ago. SE.

45k but it’s literally just changing the roof: no stairs, bathroom, floor etc.
