Sheffield S11

Has anyone bought in the S11 area of Sheffield recently? We're interested in a house in Greystones but aren't sure how much to offer over the asking price. I know properties always go for over the asking price, I'm just not sure how much by and if its gone down recently with the interest rate rises. Any advice much appreciated!

They don’t always go over now. I’m not in s11 but in Sheffield down the road - there’s lots in greystones getting reduced. V much depends on the house tbh!
