Hi neighbours are doing a large extension and I have opted to have my own PWS (I am sharing with the neighbours on the other side who are also affected by the work involved).
I have received the letter from my PWS to sign to consent to authorisation for him to "make all requests and appointments" on my behalf" and "sign, serve and receive Notices, Awards and other communications" on my behalf.
I assume this is pretty standard wording but is it advisable to ask the PWS to run things by me first rather than just automatically signing without me knowing what he is signing for? I do trust him but nevertheless would like to know/discuss first before signatures are given on my behalf..
