Just wanting to hear others experiences.
We are part exchanging on a new build property - the builder built our current house 5 years ago. Exchange happened months ago, we are due to complete at the end of the month.
The builder has had an offer on our house and the potential buyer has requested a home survey be done tomorrow. What should I expect from this? We have found a water mark on the ceiling near our juliet balcony in one room, could the builder pull out? Even though we're covered by the NHBC warranty for this build?
