Floor for kitchen diner

Hello! We have a kitchen diner with an engineered wood floor. It is 10 years old and now looks awful. Very scratched and stained. We have refinished it a couple of times so don't think it'll take it again. What would be the best replacement? Wondering about tiles? Thanks in advance

We have strand woven bamboo. It looks like new three years in with nothing more than an occasional vacuum and spray mop.
