Hi all,
My partner and I have just had a baby girl and the flat we're in in Enfield is just too small. To buy a house (3 bed minimum), we're looking at various places in Hertfordshire but really like Welwyn Garden City. We've been there quite a few times but haven't explored beyond the town centre.
I wondered if anyone here had advice on which areas are most suited to a young family (with a cockerpoo)? I've heard the west side is the most desirable but not sure our budget would stretch to that - are there areas on the east side of town that are affordable but safe and neighbourly? Any areas/street to avoid??
Any advice would be hugely appreciated!
