Kitchen floor replace-is it possible

We moved few months ago, the kitchen is a bit dated but perfectly in good condition
The floor tiles are however cracked in several places, they are not loose but looks not so nice
Is it possible to change kitchen tiles with the cupboards in situ I mean wall to wall tiling so it goes underneath the cupboards and also is it possible to add UFH beneath the tiles with kitchen in situ
We may change the kitchen but not sure when and also it will help to split the cost of floor and jutchen separately is possible
I don't want floor only just upto cabinets as in my head it seems a bit unfinished and incomplete! I am not keen on LVT or WOOD etc either

You'd have to tile up to the cabinets I assume. I'm not sure how you'd remove the tiles underneath the units or fit new ones under there otherwise.

Sort of possible but not really. Assuming you have removable kick boards it would be a proper pain having to adjust legs up and down a few at a time to remove and relay and it would be near impossible to get back to the wall.

The sensible thing to do would be to remove and re-tile to just behind the line of kick boards and buy enough to finish areas later when you change/reconfigure later.

If you add under floor heating you'll be raising the level of the floor which means cabinet end boards will need trimming + kick boards to avoid disturbing worksurfaces.

So much more straight forward to wait, save the money and do as one job.

Have you considered laying vinyl flooring like karndean on top? The cracked tiles could be repaired and a thin screed added on top so shouldn’t be a major issue unless they area really bad.
