I stupidily pulled out 4 weeks before their useless 10 months service ended as they werent doing their job properly. The complaint dept offered a discount and apologised. It is under £1k.

Me and husband have split up, im closing my self employed business on 22nd because it not worked out and im barely making a wage 12 months later, my husband is on very low wage as his self employed fluctuated.

We are both skint. Gotta sort out the divorce aswell

Or we.made a mistake pulling out and gotta pay?

If you pulled out during contract you need to pay. This is the issue with online agents like purple bricks, you have to pay even if they don't sell. If you had gone with a traditional agent you most likely wouldn't have had to pay anything.
