Floor plan - Drawbacks

Hi All, I am not a property expert, need advise if you would buy a property with this floor plan. Any drawbacks you see.

The picture is too small on my phone so I can't see it properly but my friend lives in a townhouse and her biggest peeve, is having to carry the hoover or washing up and down two flights of stairs 🤪

I have 3 hoovers one for each floor 😅

We have two flights of stairs. The two teens have the top floor and are also responsible for the hoovering of their stairs and taking up their own washing. Two flights is not great for those with little kids but OP it looks like a good house for you at this stage

That's is not a room, it is extended kitchen for a small size dining table.
