We are in a 3 party property chain (in London, if it matters.). All three of us really want to move, no one is still looking for their next place, all fairly straightforward properties (1 share of freehold flat and 2 houses.)
One of the parties in particular needs a quick sale. Two parties need mortgages but have them approved in principle.
We are just starting out with solicitors/surveyors, etc. this week. Anything else we can do (besides nagging, scheduling stuff early, and responding quickly) that we can do to make this happen as soon as possible?
Any advice much appreciated as we are new to this!
