Hi, to avoid Estate Agents fees we are looking to sell privately if possible. I have bought & sold privately back in the 90s, and tried to do this again in around 2012 but we had no viewings and ended up using EA.
Has anyone successfully sold privately, any tips or recommendations? I thought using local Facebook pages could help.
