Extension cost per square meter 2023

Please could people that have had recent works doing (we are Surrey, just outside London) let me know the cost per square meter? We're looking at single storey extension garage and utility to side, kitchen diner knock through and extend out. Thank you!

We are just doing this in London. 3.6 x 9 knock through at the back of the house. The build is costing 100k. Everything else (sliding doors, new boiler, kitchen, cloakroom, flooring etc.) another 40k. We are almost finished so these are final prices.

South east, and haven't started the extension yet, but have been quoted around the £43 - £46k mark for a 20 m2 single storey extension. Shell finish, glass, rooflights and fittings on top of that

Same area and costs are all over the place! Guesstimate at 3k per new m2 but you'll have to wait for quotes. A lot of people are asking for shell builds now due to cost but builders are already adjusting to that with their costing

Husband is a builder and pricing at 2600/sqm2 not including steels for the build. Fittings/glass ect on top
