How much should I expect to pay for a set of technical / construction drawings?

Dear all mums:

We are about to interior-refurbish our 3 bedroom flat (82 sqm) in SW11 London area and have very limited budget (totally aware of the sharp increase of materials and labour costs). We need to make some minor internal structural changes in addition to re wiring, replacing RCD box, re pluming but keep existing boiler, replacing radiators in situ, insulating suspended floor, new wooden flooring, new doors, door frames, architraves, skirting boards etc. And new kitchen, new ensuite, new bathroom as well as skimming walls and decorating throughout.

To save money, we have worked out the proposed plan ourselves which, together with structural engineer's drawings and calculation for minor structural changes, has been sufficient for our Licence for Alteration application and for serving Building Control Notice.

However, we would like to hire someone who can take our plan and run with us from this point on; from help developing a set of technical drawings with clearly defined specifications for tendering to recommending builder and to signing off stage payments to completion certifications.

Any ideas about how much I should expect to pay for such services, what type of professional should I hire (architect, surveyor, project manager etc..) and any recommendation of such a professional that is reasonably priced would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all in advance!
