I don’t think it would bother me. The transmitters can be hidden in buildings, so you might not even know if there’s any nearby. Likewise 5G transmitters, which are popping up everywhere. Have a read of the government guidance.

It might deter some future buyers so if buying I would ensure that it’s somewhere I wanted to live for a while.
