Hi! Please can anyone recommend what I can use on the brass fittings in my bathroom to restore them to full shininess please? 😊

I use white vinegar and very fine wire wool on mine. It works really well. I don‘t know if it’s recommended by the manufacturers though.

Thank you 😊

If you've already discoloured them with products containing bleach you won't be able to restore the finish. Hot, soapy is all you need to clean them. Then dry them with a microfibre/linen/cotton cloth.

Depends on whether the brass has a lacquered finish. If it isn’t lacquered then it will age and tarnish and soapy water won’t get that off.

No bleach used on them! They just don’t look as shiny as they did where they were brand new.

Actually, my advice for vinegar and wire wool will damage lacquered brass, so please ignore it if yours is lacquered, as it will remove the lacquer.
