I'm considering buying a relatively new build (15 years old) house. It has an integral garage, as many do. I'd like to convert this to make an extra reception space. If you have done this within the last year, can you give me an approximate on costs. We wouldn't be adding bathrooms, or moving boilers etc. Just converting in to a room with window and adding a door in to the main house. NW England.
