Paving Thoughts?

I like the look of the paving in the picture, does anyone know what it is? I’ve looked at clay pavers, wire cut pavers etc but what I’ve found doesn’t quite have this look. Also a lot of them say to be laid herringbone or offset, which is not what this is.

I’m also looking at tiles that say they can go outside, e.g. https://yourtiles.com/rubins-mini-black-decor Can they really go outside long-term and hold up?

I need a contrast with the house, which is a very brown expanse.

I wouldn't worry if it says to lay them herringbone etc. They're probably just pointing out they can be laid that way.

That looks good actually. Is terracotta clay? What does anyone think of tiles outside?
