We’ve been wanting some jobs done in the house and garden. The main one is a garden redesign-we have had the plans done but the landscaping company came to look a month ago and we still haven’t had a quote. The other one recommended by the designer hasn’t even been yet. We had some painting and joiners round to quote for replacing internal doors 10 days ago-we haven’t heard anything. Same from a property management company. How long should I give it? Is it common to turn up but then just not give quotes? We’re in the NW.
