Toilet fush valve holder

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with something please.

I have recently moved into a new house, and one of the toilets (ideal standard) leaked into the bowl after flushing. I removed the flush valve to replace the seal at the bottom and noticed when rotating it to unlock to remove, that 1 of the clips that holds the piece together is broken.

Is this a big issue (not currently leaking after replacing seal but the flush valve is only secure on 1 of 2 clips)? I can't see that the part is sold to purchase just the holder that it connects to at the bottom, not sure if the toilet would have to be taken apart to replace this? Thought I would get some insight before asking a plumber to come in so I know what is happening.

Thank you very much!

Can you make up for the missing clip with something else? Cable tie or duct tape.for example?

I am definitely not a plumber!

Duct tape might be worth a try for the meantime till I know best way forward. Thank you :)
