Leak before survey! Help!

My buyers survey/valuation is being done next week and now I have a hole in the ceiling under the shower plug hole from a leak , it's only an issue when we use it so we could just not use that bathroom whilst we are waiting for plumber to fix and explain the issue to surveyor or do we reschedule the survey and get it fixed first ?

Don't worry about it. Let the EA know 'we had a leak that the surveyor is likely to see, we'll get it fixed before exchange and send you evidence/copy of invoice.'

That's all the vendors really need.

I say the above because it's bleedin tough trying to get a reliable plumber atm, you genuinely probably won't get one that quickly.
