So we've received our mortgage offer at the end of March. Our solicitor has received the mortgage deed on the 30th of March and has said said he has prepared it and will send it to us along with the report explaining the terms of the mortgage after doing his due diligence. Could you advise how long we should expect to wait as it's been two weeks now and our exchange deadline is very soon. Our solicitor wasn't able to give us an answer as to when we can except to receive it..
