i bidded on 6 properties all 3 bed in the same block of new build flats. I come 4th in 3 of them 5th in two of them and 6th in one of them. When bidding ended I rang the Greenwich council up to find out some info the lady told me that as all the same people bidded on all the properties there’s a possibility that I am in the running for one of the properties which sounds promising! She said as they are not ready untill June I should hear something in a couple of weeks if I’m offered one.
does anyone know if they would ring me? or write me a offer letter? has anyone had any experience with this with Greenwich housing
