We made an offer on a property 3 weeks ago here in Londok. There was some negotiation and we increase our offer 1 week ago. But a few days ago I had to chase up what was going on? I’ve never known a final negotiation to exceed about 24 hours! The agent just didn’t get back to me. Which is weird because he’s also in charge of selling our property making me wonder if our buyers have withdrawn.
Got a note from his assistant this morning, saying he’d called me today and guess what - he didn’t? Red flag? I hate being kept in limbo like this. What’s he playing at? We could have withdrawn our offer quite reasonably by now.
