Advice needed regarding rood leak

I have attached two quotes from Firm A (crossed out any personal information/ the firms name name). I found them via which trusted traders and they have good reviews on multiple different platforms. As well as having their company registered on companies House. I know good reviews should be taken with a pinch of salt, but as far I am aware, they seem decent enough.

I have also attached picture of where the leak is, and a picture of the valley.I need opinions regarding what to do. The leak started nearly a year ago and it has taken months and months to find roofers who would quote! Even though a live in a main city. So many roofers would not respond to messages/ say they are too busy/ turn up but then don't provide a quote.

I am currently waiting on a 3rd quote from Firm B. The roofer in firm B has suggested that I replace the fibreglass Valley with lead? No idea how much that will cost as no quote given yet. But I can't imagine it will be cheap!

Thank you in advance

You can discount the £200 quote working from a ladder. That won’t fix anything.
If the fiberglass valley is not damaged, there’s not much point in replacing it.
Why does picture A have different tiles on the left hand side to picture B?

Thank you for your reply! Why would you discount the first quote? The only difference with the 1st and 2nd quote is that the mortar will be removed and replaced all the way around the dormer with the 2nd quote, but with the 1st quote, it will only be dome on the right side, and that's where the water seems to be coming into the property.

No sure what you mean re the different tiles sorry

The picture with the blue circle is the location of the leak (?).
The second picture is from the valley on top of the dormer, right hand side. No idea if you told them you have a leak there as well?
First quote, from a ladder, they will remove the bottom left hand tiles from the valley for maybe 3 rows, reset them with cement. They clearly are only semi-optimistic of success.
Second quote is strip complete left hand side of the valley and bed them again, and seemingly from the right hand side of the dormer roof.
This would appear to be a better approach, except while they are there, may as well do both sides of the main valley.

There is only one leak - the picture with the blue circle.

I just posted a picture of the valley to show the fibreglass. There is no leak into the property at the top of the valley.

Thanks
