Hello all! We currently live in west London but can’t afford to get anything bigger so am looking for somewhere that would ideally have.. an interesting / independent high street, parks, good transport links to London. Partner works in Paddington so that side for him. We’re looking for a decent sized two bed house with a garden. Anyone know if any secret gems out there? Thank you!

Burnham (Berkshire) station is 33 mins on Elizabeth line. Iver 31 mins. You would be ok looking around there. Obviously not London but perfectly ok.

Look at Hanwell, there's a few houses that are within your budget, aim for near The Fox Pub!
