Any advice from people here who've restored theirs successfully? Some are a little loose but generally they look in great condition!

What a fabulous find! I was praying for similar when we lifted the carpet in our 1920s house but sadly, just crap floorboards. If you’re on Facebook there’s a group called I Love My Period House and there are lots of posts about renovating Minton tiles.

You can lift the loose ones, remove the tile adhesive and restick them. I would try cleaning them with washing up liquid and a stiff scrubbing brush first and then if there are any stained bits maybe try white spirit carefully?

Oh, they're lovely!
