Bathroom help

We are planning 2 new bathrooms - one to replace/update the family bathroom, the other one an en suite in a new extension.
Where do we start?!
There is so much choice, variety, options!
I've done Pinterest boards, I've been to look in showrooms, I've looked through loads of catalogues.
I have no idea how to work out budgets... I think that we can spend around £8000 per bathroom, is this realistic?
Can anyone give me advice on what to do next? TIA 🙏🏻

Where are you in the country? We just had an en suite and bathroom done in Yorkshire and labor was £4000 for the ensuite and £5000 for the bathroom. There were some materials costs on top and then I bought all of the main bathroom bits myself.

Find a bathroom fitter first. Get a few quotes and find one you get on with and then start ordering stuff, lead times can be long at the moment. Or if you want an easy life but to pay more, go to a bathroom showroom and order through them.

Thank-you both, appreciate the advice. We're South-East, our builder has a bathroom fitter so I'll start there 😊

Just paid for a new bathroom and it cost about £4,000 and labour cost £4,500
