Anyone offering after the weekend?

Just curious how people's attempts to buy right now are going? My house is under offer since Feb but in the area I'm trying to move to (in Surrey) there is very little coming on...and what little there is, is at the same prices as last year which is more than we're hoping to pay.

Feeling like a stalemate and I'm very much hoping the spring sunshine brings out more after Easter weekend!

We are about to go on the market this week, but we have found a house we love. Would offer now but can’t imagine they’d take it off the market for us before we are under offer. That house aside, there’s not even anything we would bother viewing at the moment. We are in London.

Our place we've just sold is inLondon and there wasn't much else on which is why I think we sold quite easily. Fingers crossed you have the same and can get an offer in quickly.

Worth registering your interest with the estate agents even if you aren't putting in a formal offer yet.
