Mirror splashback woes - picture included

Does anyone know of any mirror Splashback suppliers who do oversized pieces?

My supplier has gone bust (and stolen my deposit too grrrr) and I'm finding it it difficult to get another supplier who does extra large pieces.

I know of Creo Glass (reasonably priced) and Liverpool Splashback (too expensive) but just wanted to get quotes from a few others.

Thanks x

Sorry, maybe not helpful but it looks like a nightmare to keep clean! Don't see the attraction personally.

That's giving me anxiety just looking at it. It'll be horrendous to keep clean.

How long does it have to be? Most places seem to do single pieces up to 3m - do you need longer than that? Does it need to be one piece?

Try Royston Glass. I have just received a very reasonable quote from them.

Don't do it - I had one just behind the cooker. It's absolutely awful to clean x

Re lost deposit if you paid by credit card contact them and you'll get it back.

It looks fab.

I can't imagine enjoying wiping it every time I walked past it. It would never be unmarked.

Imagine not only having to wipe the surfaces and splash backs after cooking but also having to get them smear free aswell. I'd live off pot noodles if I had that in my kitchen.

It looks lovely in your pic. But I can literally see myself getting the rage everytime anyone attempted to do anything in the kitchen incase they marked it.

Easier to clean than tiles and grout, no? At least it's one big piece.

OhSmitty · 31/03/2023 08:25

If you're in the NW, mirrorking does these.

I got mine from Home Counties Installations. Cheaper than Creoglass.

Fort hose of you mentioning cleaning, honestly, they are no more time consuming than cleaning tiles.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone.

Sadly Home Counties don't go up to my size which is 3400 x 700 mm and I haven't been able to get a hold of Mirror King.

I'm holding out for Royston Glass. It does say on their website that they do the oversized sheets so fingers crossed :)
