Waiting for the spring ‘pick up’! Just gone On the market, getting steady viewings, no offers yet, but happy to reduce if we need to.

nothing we want to buy yet so can wait it out but nothing coming on!

East London family area / commuting zone here. Family homes few and fair between so flying off the shelf to STC at sky high prices and sales then going through. Flats (and therefore I assume FTB world) hanging around for a little longer. I am on Mat leave so on rightmove a lot….
