Shower gel stain on ceiling

My ds is 11 and has tonight decided to seemingly Chuck bright green shower gel all over the ceiling. It isn't a one off but this time it's bright green and I can't get rid of the staining on the white ceiling.

Any ideas what I can use to get it off

Obviously don't really want to paint if he is going to do it again

Get him to clean it. Why are you doing it?

It's too high for him to reach. I stood on a stool but I wouldn't want him to slip and break his neck

Give him a mop and let him work it out

Builder's wipes? They've removed all sorts for me, including wet paint off old paint without causing an issue
