I moved into a property that belonged to an old couple and everything needs doing. The fence is looking particularly rickety, but is very very long - and I have a very limited budget now, as I have had to pay for new boiler, rewire, etc etc. The fence posts are concrete and look study enough, there is nothing wrong with them. But the panels are really knackered. I was wondering if I could get away with just replacing the panels rather than getting a whole new fence.
