Recommend me a Wheelie bin lock

CF neighbour has started throwing stuff into my bins.

Unfortunately my garden where the bins are stored has a shared passage of access, so not sure which neighbour is the culprit as I haven't personally seen them do it.

Solution would be to either install a camera or bin locks, the latter seems more cost effective for now.

Gravity locks are probably the best, they automatically open when the bin is tipped.
I think they are pretty much of a muchness tbh.
