What flooring would you put outside the downstairs WC? (Diagram)

We are just finishing a renovation project. We've put a downstairs loo in. Apologies for crap diagram which is not to scale and missing doors/openings but they aren't important. Front door opens onto the hallway where it says floorboards.

However the original floorboards stop by the dotted line outside the WC. Floorboards are everywhere downstairs other than the utility/kitchen area and the bit outside the WC. WC internally is tiled. There is a door from the end of the hallway that goes into the kitchen.

So there is a tiny patch like 1.2m wide which isn't original floorboards at the end of the hallway.

What would you do here? I guess the options are karndean (like the kitchen/utility), tiles like internally in the WC or something that may look more like the floorboards (even though it isn't) (it has a concrete floor).

I’d match up to the hallway assuming the downstairs loo and the kitchen both have doors
