Has anyone had one of these put into their utility rooms? Any recommendations/cost?

My SIL just has a normal square shower cubicle ( 2 dogs). Means she can hose them down when they come back from walks and they dry off on their beds in the utility. She also puts the kids in there after rugby/ cross country. On that basis, I probably wouldn’t do a special dog shower as may have limited resale appeal. I’d just do a “human” one and let the dogs use it.

Sorry- meant to add, I think a downstairs shower, even if functional rather than chi-chi adds value. Ours is not in utility but still great when kids come back muddy or sandy as does limit the spread of both! Ours is tiny- literally shower cubicle, toilet and v small sink, but although it’s not going to win any interior design awards, I’m glad we got it in.

One of the best beach holiday houses I ever rented had a wetroom with access from outdoors, so sandy kids and dogs could be cleaned up before being allowed into clean areas. But actually, I would put a shower spray outside with warm water if it was a possibility.
