Very low quality product, the radiators are completely out of shape, and terrible customer service. I complained and they sent another radiator and actually was as bad as the 1st one. Once I asked for a refund they asked for the impossible. I should have taken more time in researching a company that is clear just not serious about customer service or the quality of their products. Their excuse is that the product is send directly from the manufacturer, but I clearly asked them to ensure quality of the second radiator sent which they clearly were not bother about.
I would not use this company again, that seems more worry about positioning their websites radiator4u.co.uk, columnradiators4u.co.uk, castironradiators4u.co.uk ...instead than ensuring a good quality product and service.
Very disappointed with the whole experience, it has taken more than a month of emails, deliveries and arranging contractors to get a very low quality radiator and over £500 of costs for a radiator that is awful
