This is a longshot, but does anyone have any experience of expediting registration at the Land Registry? We bought the land last April and the Land Registry haven't updated it yet. We need it to be updated before we can sign a s106 agreement with the council. I've just spoken to the Land Registry and they're expediting, which is great, and say it'll be done within ten working days. I know they're striking etc, but does anyone know how long it takes at the moment? Longer or (you never know!) quite quick.
