Where can you buy replacement stair treads?

One of our stairs fell through today...I'm reasonably handy DIY wise but I have no clue where I'd buy a replacement stair tread from?

I checked the usual places like Wickes and B&Q.

It's not as easy as just cutting a piece of wood / MDF to fit as it needs to have the rounded (bullnose) edge...

A local carpenter should be able to route, (rout?) the bullnose.

Or Men in Sheds might help if there's one near you.
