Hi All,

Do you think this is worth the listed price?
how much would you pay for this realistically?

Sounds about right for the area. Although those two rooms behind the garage are not really bedrooms imo.

Is it near a borstal? Looks expensive to me for a semi

RunAwayNow · 10/03/2023 21:19

Lovely view of the Medway Viaduct there. It might be quite noisy.

It looks a bit on the pricey side to me. Like a pp said, those 2 extra bedrooms are a bit weird.

Gotobloodysleep · 10/03/2023 21:26

About right for a 5 bed in the area but those two extra bedrooms don't look like proper bedrooms.

Also have to take into account that it is situated right underneath the a2/m2 bridge. Lots of traffic at all times of day.

Ahh thanks for the tips guys..
I did think it looked expensive

Hmm it's very good for both primary and secondary catchment areas.
On the same road as pilgrim primary, and borstal gets priority for Thomas aveling, or you have the choice of many grammars.

Noise actually isn't bad at all.
Outdoors you do hear the Eurostar every so often but it's a quick whoosh

Amyc24 · 10/03/2023 22:16

@Daisy03 thank you…

No problem, any questions feel free to ask as I'm very local.
Rochester is a lovely place to live.

I would consider the 2 downstairs bedrooms not to be bedrooms. At least one should be labelled as a study. The downstairs layout is very odd - no window in the kitchen? I wouldn’t buy a house with such a strange layout though the upstairs is ok.

C4tastrophe · 11/03/2023 16:42

Noise and pollution. The noise doubles in the rain.

Winterisalmostover · 11/03/2023 17:30

Can't see the third upstairs bedroom on the virtual tour. Very unusual and strange. Also the garden isn't great. Steps down to a lot of paving slabs. I don't like the lack of a window in the kitchen and those downstairs bedrooms made from the garage are strange. It's definitely too near the flyover for peaceful living. I'm sure it's what the current owners wanted, but the layout won't suit many people. I wouldn't pay that amount for a property in Rochester with so many shortcomings.

thanks everyone for your opinions..
wont be bothering with this one, thanks
