How long does it take for the sale board to be taken by the estate agent?

You ask them to take it down asap

They will want to leave it up as long as possible because it's free advertising.
Ring and ask for it to be removed.

I remember renting a house and the board was left up for ages despite numerous calls. I eventually took it down myself and stored it behind the front wall then called the estate agents to tell them and that they can collect it from behind the wall. They arrived the following day.

Ive just messaged them to take it away asap please.
