Envirobuild decking - which side up??

We're having Envirobuild decking put in. All the base is built. We have until 9am Monday to decide if we want it groove side up or 'wood effect' side up. We've gone for granite colour. Anyone else had Envirobuild decking and can advise?? Obviously the concerns are slippery-ness (which I assume would be helped by groove side up) and (less important) aesthetics - much prefer wood effect look.

I prefer the wood side, I think the grooved side looks too utilitarian.

I think most decking is supposed to be installed groove side down, anyway. It's a bonus it looks better too!

That's what we've decided! And in this morning's rain it's not at all slippery. Thanks for replies.
