Help me find this paint

My flat has a previous paint job of white paint which looks textured. It is definitely not painted on wallpaper. What could this paint be? I need to try match it as had part of the area replastered (see below where you can see the difference - the bottom is plaster with white primer) and now need to paint that area and match. thanks for any ideas. I can try add better photos in more lighting tomorrow too

I remember it being done with a paint roller ? Although it’s mostly being removed, I think.

Yes. If I recall correctly it’s a poweder mixed in with the paint then rolled on (or sprayed on if you are fancy. )

Are you sure it's not woodchip wallpaper? Very common in the 1970s and 80s.
