How to Get a Proof of Income for a Mortgage?

If you’re employed it would be your payslips and / or employment contract

You might also be asked to provide them with your tax forecast / tax computations from HMRC. I was asked for this. It shows how much tax you have paid (and therefore how much your earnings were).

Last three payslips, most recent P60, accounts if S/E, bank might also want to see bank statements showing salary being credited.

The mortgage provider will have guide of ehat exactly that particular one wants. Some can be more lenient, some moght ask for extras. It should be available on their website. Usually it's standard like x payslips and if selfemployed 2 years accounts but it's always best to check directly with them
