Builders recommendation Oxford

Hello,

We are buying a property in Headington that needs work (full redecoration), but we could also add an extension towards the garden and redo the loft (and also redo the porch, add an utility etc). There is a lot of potential, but we need to establish the cost for the different elements and decide/ prioritise the work.

I know it's a long shot, but just wanted to see if any other local mumsnetters have used builders that they would recommend,

Thank you!

Builders in Oxford tend to be very busy (unsurprisingly) so difficult to tell who is available.

Inside Out in Bicester are good, as are Richard Ward in Islip, but both tend to be busy.

Thank you. Will contact both. They seem high-end? Yes I am aware that local builders are very busy...

Have you used either for a project?

Both. Inside out for a fairly big renovation project, Richard ward for some smaller works. Both were very good but long waits.

Many thanks, good to know. Will get in touch with them to discuss.
