Does anyone know how long it takes to get a schedule of works from council retrospectively?

So we were aiming for exchange this week and completion w/c 6 March. Unfortunately this is now delayed as my solicitor has said she has to notify our lender of the underpinning of the house (not due to subsidence btw so all good). She said she can’t do this without a schedule of works which the vendor does not have, so she’s asked the vendors solicitor to get it from the council. Anyone have any idea this could roughly take?

What I find strange is why she needs to report the underpinning when the mortgage company is already aware of the underpinning via the homebuyers report we had done and they said they were fine with it and issued our offer.

Does anyone have a better understanding of this at all?
