Hi, anyone familiar with Leamington/Warwick and can tell me which areas would be worth looking at? We're after a 3-4 bed for around 450k max and with decent schools.
Everyone seems to big up north Leamington but is Whitnash completely terrible and is Lillington really out of the question? We'd like to be in town ideally as we're currently quite rural and it's not suiting us. Kenilworth looks a bit small for us.
We're visiting soon from Yorkshire with our toddler to scope out areas and would just like to make the most of our time so any local intel would be hugely appreciated. TIA 😊
