Does anyone know how this works - so if we are selling our house we need solicitor no. 1 - instructed by both of us? Then I assume we each need a solicitor for our new purchases, so solicitors 2 and 3. We are hoping to use Wikivorce for the financial order, so I presume they then give the details of the order to solicitor no. 1 to pay us the monies from the sale as laid out in the financial order?
So 4 different people? I think I've got this wrong somewhere - surely not? Also posting this in Divorce thread.
