Surveyor quotes in north/east London

I’m just trying to gauge what average proces are for a full structural/building survey in north/east London, as I have had some wider ranging quotes than I expected. Does 1200 to 1400 (including VAT) seem to be pretty standard or is this on the steep side? Thanks in advance

I guess it depends how big this house is? I was quoted between £450 - £700 by 4 different surveyors. The house in question is a 3 bed Victorian terrace in East Anglia.

Steep! I’ve just had a full structural done in north east London for £750 all in. Most expensive quote I got was £900.

(This is a level 3 homebuyers survey, in case you’re looking at something different)

Sorry, keep posting without finishing - and this is for a 5 bed Edwardian, so larger and older house.
